We currently deliver to most serviceable locations across India through our courier and logistics partners.

Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of the destination pin code.

If a location is not serviceable, we will notify the customer and process a refund if payment has already been received.

  • Customer unavailable

  • Customer refusal

the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.

  • A complete opening/unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

10. Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous video while opening the package.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • Shipping label details

  • The complete unboxing process

  • The product received

This helps us quickly verify claims related to damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect products.


11. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner:

  • Riya Fashion may arrange a replacement, subject to product availability; or

  • Issue an appropriate refund at its sole discretion.

Investigation timelines depend on the courier partner’s verification process.


12. International Shipping

Currently, Riya Fashion ships only within India unless otherwise specified on the website.
