2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for the following reasons:

2.1 Color Variations

Slight differences between the product received and website images due to photography lighting, monitor settings, mobile display settings, or editing.

2.2 Fit or Size Expectations

Differences in fitting, drape, fall, or appearance resulting from individual body shape, height, styling methods, or personal preference.

2.3 Minor Design Variations

Small differences in print placement, embroidery positioning, embellishments, lace work, finishing, or stitching that do not materially affect the overall appearance of the garment.

2.4 Handcrafted Characteristics

Natural variations arising from artisanal, handcrafted, or hand-finished production techniques.

2.5 Change of Mind

Returns based on personal preference, style choice, occasion change, or dissatisfaction with a non-defective product.

2.6 Accessories Shown in Photographs

Jewellery, handbags, footwear, props, or other styling accessories displayed in product photographs are for illustration purposes only unless specifically mentioned in the product description.


3. Eligible Return & Refund Cases

A return, replacement, or refund may be approved only if:

  • The product received is defective or damaged.
  • A wrong item, wrong size, or incomplete order has been delivered.
  • The product contains a major manufacturing defect or quality issue beyond normal production variation.

Claim Submission Requirements

Customers must:

  1. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide a complete opening/unboxing video showing:
    • The sealed package before opening.
    • Shipping label and packaging details.
    • Continuous opening process without cuts or edits.
    • Product clearly visible after opening.
  3. Provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
  4. Share the order number and delivery details.

Important Notice Regarding Opening Video

The opening/unboxing video is strongly required for investigating claims related to missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence, including the opening video where applicable, may not be approved.

Riya Fashion reserves the right to request additional evidence before processing any claim.


4. Return Process After Approval

If your return request is approved by Riya Fashion, the following conditions shall apply.

4.1 Product Condition Requirements

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unworn.
  • Unwashed and untreated.
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
  • Returned with all original tags attached.
  • Returned in original packaging.
  • Accompanied by all accessories, components, or complimentary items originally supplied.

  • Products received after this period may be refused.
