Our unstitched dress materials come as a set of running fabrics for the top (kurta) and bottom, typically accompanied by a matching dupatta. This allows you to get the outfit custom-tailored to your exact measurements and preferred neckline or sleeve style.
For Silk, Organza, Satin, and heavily embroidered/pearlwork pieces: We strictly recommend Dry Clean Only to preserve the fabric sheen and delicate handiwork.
For Cotton and casual Chanderi mixtures: Gentle hand wash in cold water with mild detergent is recommended. Always dry in shade.

We maintain strict quality checks, but in the rare event that your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please take a clear photo/video of the packaging and product and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
Once your return package is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
